2. Description of Service
STORAGEsimple provides self-storage facility management software including tenant portals, online rentals, payment processing, and related services.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment processing fees are separate and subject to your payment processor's terms.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STORAGEsimple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service.
